Stay as long as a year or as little as a day at The Levante Laudon, an apartment building catering to short-term rentals. Each modern apartment is fully furnished and styled in such a way as to create a boutique home away from home.

The Levante resides in a suitably relaxed corner of the city (but the Innere Stadt is still close enough to walk to) and attempts, rather successfully, to bring your home to you. Apartments come in two varieties: Superior and Standard. Free-standing sinks, make-up mirrors Inspector Gadget would be proud of, space-age coat racks and flat-screen TVs make the Superior apartments truly inviting. Standards have less panache but are just as large. Both are highlighted in calm reds and whites which compliment rather than clash with the deep browns of many furniture pieces. Personal touches, such as fresh flowers in rooms, daily housekeeping and a complimentary self-service continental breakfast add to an already homely atmosphere. Service is professional, prompt and lacking any pomp, and like any self-respecting short-term apartment rental option, the longer you stay, the cheaper it gets.
