Offering five-star service, there's no doubt that this is the best place to stay in town. Recently renovated rooms have modern furnishings, gleaming tile floors and comfortable beds with nice linens. Deluxe rooms are worth the extra few dollars for the renovated bathrooms, large windows, silent mini-split air-con and flat-screen TVs.

A well-maintained pool with a small fountain sits in the middle of the hotel; if you're on the 1st floor, the pool is literally steps away. Also, there are two broadband computers for cheap and fast Internet connections, a good restaurant serving three meals a day and a basic rooftop gym in case you want to work out between pupusa runs. Best of all, the hotel is directly across the street from the bus terminal; be sure to make a reservation on weekdays, as the hotel is often booked solid with business travelers.
