The Sentosa is easily the best choice in KB. Every room has LAN internet access (if you don't have a cable, they will lend you one). It's clean, well-run and central with competent and helpful management. To get there from the bus station, take a right up the street between the bus station and the taxi station (that is, walk inland or east) and you will see the Sentosa on your left after less than 100m.
