A vibrant renovation in the corridors and spacious rooms match the warm service on offer here. The Park Hotel (motto: serve with heart and faith) is a dependable, congenial option located right in the centre of Tsim Sha Tsui.

The Park Hotel is proof that it doesn't take that much to rise a notch above the midrange blandness that still curses too many Hong Kong hotels. In truth there's not much to the Park. It's short on amenities and it's not quite a prime TST location. Yet, it is central enough, handy for the science and history museums and the staff is friendly and unflappable under pressure. The most marked improvement has been a renovation that has brightened up the rooms and corridors with a good use of cheerful colour without going over the top. The room and bed sizes are generous and the cool white cotton sheets and crisp simplicity work well. A few details go a long way and the Park is pretty good value all told.
