Part of a Paharganj hotel group (which also includes the Hotel Star Palace, opposite the Star Paradise, and the Star View at the opposite end of the Main Bazaar), this is the newest offering of the group and makes for a perfectly acceptable and economical place to lay your hat.

With clean, reasonably new and bright rooms, all equipped with satellite TV, fridge and hot-water showers, this is a decent Paharganj option, with a nice rooftop restaurant, which sometimes hosts classical dance performances. Considerably less dingy than most offerings in the neighbourhood, the slightly more expensive air-con rooms are also slightly more expansive, though none could be called roomy. Tucked just off Main Bazaar, though, they do have the distinct advantage of being rather quiet. The hotel can arrange the all-important airport pickup (but call before you travel, to double-check it's all booked and ready) and car tours around Delhi, Rajasthan and beyond. There's also internet onsite, and good, cheap breakfasts upstairs on the roof.
