This hotel is like a formerly prosperous oldster going gracefully to seed. The standard rooms are strangely more appealing than the deluxe rooms, the only difference we could see was the size. The place is pervaded by a somewhat musty fug and the industrial air conditioners in the halls don't do much to help this. It's got a great downtown location.
