The al-Razzaque offers great value budget beds in rooms that are kept lovingly clean. For once the sheets aren't disturbingly stained and it has sit-down toilets. The signs asking guests and staff to not drop rubbish work; the signs saying 'no spitting' don't. Women, being such nasty creatures, will almost certainly not be allowed to stay.
