Though a bit far from the action, this generic option two blocks east of La Ciudadela should appeal to peso-pinchers unwilling to rough it. Above the lobby's imitation leather sofas and plastic plants are bright, decent-sized rooms with furniture of recent vintage and newly tiled bathrooms. Some may be put off by the antiseptic cleaning odor.
