Although it's a slightly aging high-rise, the spotless rooms of this downtown hotel are just 2min on foot from the Eaton Centre. If shopping is not your only ambition, or if you have a little more money to spend, then consider another hotel for more space and more amenities.

Be forewarned that Bond Place is popular with group sightseeing tours, and often not the quietest place at 06:00, when the tour buses arrive to whisk herds of guests away. Rooms are always clean and come with TV, air-con and a daily newspaper. The rooms' familiar floral duvets are reminiscent of a mid-range chain hotel room, but these can be overlooked if you take advantage of the wide range of specials on offer throughout the year. The hotel has easy wheelchair access, and an Internet kiosk (2.00 per 15min) in the lobby. Underground parking is 14.00 for every 24 hours.
