Ireland's most Irish hotel chain has come home, bringing its comfortable and functional brand of hotel room to the blessed cathedral of Gaelic sports. This property is a little snazzier than its other hotels, showcasing a new four-star look that now includes fancy LCD screen TVs, a mini-entertainment system and air-con in all 232 rooms.

Opening here makes perfect sense: as tens of thousands arrive in Dublin to support their county's efforts at Croker, the clever few hundred who booked in advance won't have far to go to sleep off their celebrations - or commiserations. Away from match day, this is a brilliant version of an Irish business hotel. In keeping with the group's new 'home-from-home' concept, which aims to bridge the gap between home and the office (do we really have to?), each room is equipped with a work desk (complete with integrated wiring), an ergonomic chair, high-speed ISDN lines and in-room laptop computer safe. You can work off the stresses of the job in the fitness centre, while nice touches like the all-access CD library make spending time in your room that little bit more fun.
