One of the best-value options in this swanky neighborhood, it offers 12 comfortable, modern rooms with painted stucco walls, tiled floors and high ceilings. Breakfast is included, served in a leafy back patio. It's also within walking distance of the anthropology and art museums, not to mention the Zona Rosa's famous nightlife.

Offering the only 50.00 rooms in Zona Rosa, the Villa Florencia is good value; it's modern, well-located, and not a chain hotel. Rooms have cable TV, telephone and high ceilings. They are a wee bit, well, wee (especially the bathrooms), but not uncomfortably so. There's a taquería in front (managed separately) which will do for a quick bite; more upmarket restaurants are a short walk away.
