Next door to Hotel Villa Florencia Centro, this place is decidedly less appealing. But on the off chance that its neighbor is full - or you can't spare the extra dollar - some rooms here are new, and the rest are at least adequate, with clean sheets and cable TV. The beds and bathrooms are hit-and-miss - see a few rooms before deciding.

Not many units face the street, but avoid them as it's hard to sleep through the din. There's a simple restaurant on-site (open breakfast, lunch and dinner).
