A modern hotel in the heart of Nueva Córdoba offering bright, clean rooms and a belly-busting breakfast buffet. Paying extra for a 'deluxe' gets you a big screen TV, carpet and brand-new mattresses. There's an excellent restaurant on the premises.

Classy but modest, Hotel Viena is great value considering the professional staff, the comfy rooms, the buffet breakfast - all the little touches that give the place a cared-for feel and bargain price tag. It has a small handsome lobby, a fully equipped minibar/cafe and two sectors of rooms: standard and nuevo (new). Rooms in the new sector have bright and spotless bathrooms, blue short-shag carpet, red chenille bedspreads, good mattresses and a basic table. They're somewhat simple, but kept immaculate. The standard rooms have tile floors, smaller TVs and no bathtubs, but the beds are still firm. If you're pinching your pesos, there's really no reason to splash out on the pricier rooms. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff easily rivals (and even tops) that at some of the city's most expensive hotels.
