While this hotel is a little out of the way, it's in a pleasant neighbourhood and the Metro is just a short walk away. It's very good value, with reasonable doubles and a decent breakfast.While on first appearances it's a little bit of an odd hotel, with no real foyer area and a concrete staircase, it's actually a clean, well-run hotel. The single rooms are the usual tiny Milano shoebox, but the doubles are quite good, being very spacious for this price bracket. Bathrooms are clean and roomy, and breakfast is a decent affair (and there's wi-fi access from the breakfast room). The hotel and the neighbourhood are very quiet, and the piazza is lovely in the late afternoon when locals come out for their customary walk. However, while the Metro station is a short hop away, it's not in a great location for the major sights.
